This is a Wedding card for a couple who are being Married on a beach in St Thomas on the Virgin Islands then they are off on a Caribbean Cruise.  How lovely!! 

Die cuts from, Marianne Creatables, Whimsy Stamps and Nesties.  Flowers WOC and Mullbery Crafts,charm from Mei Flower. The pleated ribbon was bought in Plymouth last year and this is the last piece : (  wish I had bought more........I've been looking for it everywhere and not found it yet....if you happen to recognize it and know where I can get more please let me know, it's just perfect for Wedding cards.

Back to work tomorrow after my week off, Hubby and I had a lovely week and got loads done round the house and garden.

Wedding Day...Cream and Gold

Hello... thanks for popping into my crafty space, I've been searching the web all day trying to find a new background for my blog and have finally settled on this one. I wanted something really simple but elegant and I think this one fits the bill, what do you think?

Getting back to my card, I was asked by my friend Susan to make a Wedding Day card in Cream and Gold and this is the design I came up with. I have used a LOTV  image and coloured it with Copics. The broad ribbon is from
B & Q (watch those bargain bins !!!) and the corners are from The Hobby House. Roses from Wild Orchid crafts. The gold bling on the base is from John Lewis ( bargain bins again !!!) and I used Nesties for the mounts.

WOJ Wedding...

Hi there, I'm back from my hols and raring to go. This card was made weeks ago for my friend Maggie to give to her Daughter on her Wedding day which was yesterday. Hubby and I were at the reception last night and had a fabulous time.
They were married at Gretna Green....How romantic!!!!.... and then had the reception here at Castlecary.
I have used WOJ Wedding Carriage image, coloured with Copics, and flower soft added for 3-D effect on the carriage

I'm off out again tonight so I'd better be getting a move on, my social life is booming...lol... Still on my holidays so I should get some crafting done this week.
