Bling!! Lady's Boot...

A bit of a fun card for a change.. I did this one for a challenge that Carly has set her DT members. We had to make a card that's NOT a circle, square, triangle or rectangle. Well it's none of those so it should be okay. You can find the template I used here. I've been wanting to do a Lady's Boot card for ages and this snakeskin paper was just crying out to be on a boot. I've added the bling border on the top and a few feathers. I put eyelets down the front on each side and laced it up with lilac ribbon adding a bead at the ends. In contrast the inside is quite plain I just added a sentiment and stamped a Flower, which you can just see in one of the pics. I've put up four pics so that you can see the different angles. Thanks for looking. I really enjoyed making this card.
DON'T FORGET!!!! Charisma Cardz Thursday challenge tomorrow. Pop along and join in the fun great prizes to be won every week.

You may send the Beautiful Blogger award to three people who's work, and blog you think are beautiful.

I would like to give this award to Bev, her cards and blog are amazing and I get so much inspiration from them.
Rach, she is a truly talented artist, she makes the most amazing creations and always finds new ways to astound me.

Hi there , another card for a girl in work. She wanted it Violet as the lady's name as you can see is Violet. This is not a good picture, as I don't have a daylight bulb you are not getting the true shade of the lilac. Must try and get a bulb this weekend. I used Forever Friends Decoupage, I love these little Teds, and Papermania papers.I embossed lilac pearlised card with Cb folder. The oval under the ted, the name and the number 80 were all cut on my Robo. Handy little fellow....Ribbon and flower from stash. Hope she likes it....she wanted a Violet coloured card hope it's not too much... fingers crossed.

While we're on the subject of Teds has anyone tried the Teddy Pyramid yet on the sidebar at the top. All you do is click on the post and it opens up another window with all the little Teds in a pyramid. Then you just run your mouse over it and see what happens. Great stress buster... I love it, but them I've got a passion for

A little different..

Money wallets this time, for a girl in work. She likes these a lot I'm always asked to make them for all her family birthdays..and at Christmas time.
I've used decoupage images this time for speed. Mounted them on to shapes cut with my Robo and added some flowers to finish. The sentiment is done on the computer, font Akbar. Oh and I embossed one side with CB folders, to hold them closed I wrapped Metalic Craft Thread round them, free from Quick and Crafty ages ago.
Now for the weather update.......yes you've guessed ...It's snowing again. Looks like I'll have to dig my way out Thanks for popping in.

Get your crafty stash and do us a favour!!

Please pop over to Kes's blog HERE and find out how to donate your card for a worthy cause. Please spread the word by posting this on your blog.

Baby girl Christening....

Two cards tonight both for orders. For this card I used Basil basic in pale pink. The image is from Cuddly Buddly. The organza ribbon is tied with a double bow as it is such a pale colour I thought it would show up better. I mounted the cross peel off onto acetate and attached it with foam pads to raise it. I did the same with the teddy. Now I've got three money wallets to make for Monday and then I can catch up with some challenges. Thanks for looking.

Claudia my favourite..

Happy Saturday everyone, I've been crafting all day and trying to organise my stash. I made this card for an order for a friend at work. The image ...Claudia the Artist,by Elizabeth Bell coloured with the usual Copics. I love these papers from Papermania and the flower and gems are from my stash. Hope she likes it. Thanks for popping in.

Hi everyone I've had this for ages in my emails and kept forgetting to put it on here. I love it and anyone who likes Teddies will love it too. Just click on the post on the sidebar and then just run your mouse round the pyramid you don't have to click ...

Colour Create....

I made this card for the challenge and Candy at Colour Create you have to make your card using, pink, green and brown. You can also use cream/white for your cardstock and flesh colours for any images. There is an extra option available which you can use if you wish, although this isn't compulsory. This week's option is 'butterflies'.
I used brown Basil card, pink flower paper from Papermania Fiskars border punch and cut the scalloped circle on my Robo.Ribbons flower and Butterfly charm are from my stash. If you look closer you will see a little toad/frog on the flower. I found him on some Halloween Stickers. Isn't he so cute!! Thanks for all your recent comments on my cards It's so nice to read them all.
