Make it Crafty...A new Parish card........

Hello again, I forgot to post this card last week so here it is....better late than never as they say.

A few weeks ago I was asked to make a couple of cards for a Priest. Two were birthday cards and this one for moving to a new Parish all for the same Priest, making it more of a challenge as each one had to be completely different. Unfortunately in my haste to pass the cards on I forgot to photograph the other two birthday was a football card in his favourite teams colours and the other I made with a sketch of praying hands.  My friend who ordered them was extremely pleased with them.
Always nice to know people like what I create for them. : )

The image on this card is from Make it Crafty and is called Wedding Church and was just perfect for my card. It has been coloured with Copics and Promarkers. I made a side step card from A4 card stock and  used papers from LOTV and Raspberry Road Designs Pad  called Beach Bliss. I absolutely love these papers and I'm sure I will be ordering more very soon. I used Spellbinders A2 Distressed edges dies and added some twine through the Rafia Lace and tied on a little cross to finish it off.
The sentiment was done on my computer and although you can't see it I have added an insert with an appropriate verse.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today
Happy crafting !
