Just Blue........

Hi there I was asked to do a few retirement cards this week and this is the first. Hadn't any ideas at all colour wise, then I saw a beautiful card on Sassy's blog which just gave me the inspiration I was looking for. I loved this shade of blue the minute I saw it. I've been really short of blue papers lately and went hunting through my stash but unfortunately I had nothing suitable. So I made some striped paper on Publisher I staggered the stripes. I quite enjoyed making my own backing paper I must try and get the time to do more....Then I matched up the roses and ribbon, eventually it all came together. So a great big thanks to Sassy .
