Another lovely surprise...

Came home from my holiday to find that I had won the Sketch Saturday challenge while I was away with the above card. I only had till today to claim my prize which is 3 fab downloads from the Cutting Cafe` I was really surprised and just got in on time. Phew!! How lucky was that! I'm really looking forward to using them . Off now to catch up with my blogging. Happy crafting.

DT card for Charisma challenge # 12 Favourite things....

Hi everyone hope you are all well. I'm just back from my holiday and trying to catch up with everything and noticed I hadn't put my DT card on for this week, sorry it's a little late. I used my Cuddly Buddly Ted again as the challenge this week is your favourite things, and mine is Teddies. Along with my Nesties too. I've been using them a a bit more since my Robo started to have a mind of it's own and started playing up, so I've pushed him to one side while I figure out what's up with the stupid thing and my Nesties are now top favs.

Hope you like it, I had to do it very quickly before I went away and also I wasn't feeling very well either as my chest infection came back 2 days before I went on Holiday. Still enjoyed my holiday though, the cruise was wonderful.

MY DT CARD FOR CHARISMA CHALLENGE # 11

Hello there, this is my card for this weeks challenge which is a fab sketch this time, set by the lovely Joanne. I used my Pen Pal image this time, as I haven't used it in ages. Papers are Papermania Simply Elegant. Love these, they go with absolutely anything.Flowers ribbon and sentiment from my stash.
I won't be around for a week or two as I'm off on a Cruise with Hubby to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary.... oooh so excited. I really desperately NEED some sunshine. We've never done a cruise before so it's a bit of an adventure for us. I'll have loads of pics to bore you with when we get back. Only kidding...lol.. Happy crafting be back soon, but not too soon!!

Georgee Bag...

Hi there another card I took into work today for one of my friends. This one is going to USA on Friday. She asked for handbags / and or shoes. I remembered I had this template from ages ago and never used it, so this is what I came up with. Oh! and it had to be blue. Hope she likes it.

Willow and Sunhat...

Another card made with Willow, this time for an 80th birthday and I had to make it without flowers, 'cause the lady associates flowers with death. I found this one quite tricky as I normally just put flowers on right away. So I had to think about this one. There is a small flower inWillow's hand and a couple of teeeeeny ..weeeny ones in her bonnet I hope that's okay for her. I think she meant just not to plaster it with flowers or have a flower image....I Hope...I wish now looking at it that I had done an extra matt under the image. BUT... it's finished now so I won't bother. Thanks for all your recent lovely comments I do read them all and appreciate every one that is left. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Willow, HSM, and Golf......

A couple of cards I did this week for orders, 2 golf cards for the same birthday and an 8th birthday for a little girl who likes HSM. I decoupaged the golf cards and googled the image for the HSM card. The fourth one is a Wallet card for Mothers Day as she wanted to give her Mum gift vouchers. I used my Willow with Sunhat stamp for this one from the WOJ Spring Set. I mounted the image onto a label shape cut on my Robo and embossed it with CB Swirls folder.Flowers are Prima Esprit and BP is Papermania. I'll be back later with a few more. Charisma Cardz challenge # 10... Something for the Guys

Hello everyone sorry for not blogging this week been mega busy with card making for orders and organising everything for my holiday next week., and my washing machine broke down on Sunday. It couldn't have happened in a worse week so I've been trying to do little hand washes to keep it up to date. Couldn't get an engineer out till Friday and hopefully he can fix it. Fingers crossed. Now on to the challenge.

I often get asked to do male cards and find that I usually use the same format every time, so... this time I used a completely different design. As all the male members of my family are footie mad I did a football. I used a Cuddly Buddly image and enlarged it on my computer to make the card and the image is also CB . I laced the back as I didn't have room on the front. Quite simple really but a little bit different. Why not pop along to the Charisma Cardz blog and join in this weeks challenge. Remember the Bling Boot? ( scroll down to see the post) It was a card I made for a challenge that Carly from Charisma Cardz set for her DT members only and I'm really chuffed 'cause my card won. DT CARD FOR CHARISMA CHALLENGE # 9

Morning everyone hope you are all well today. Well this week has flown by and here we are Thursday again. The challenge over at Charisma Cardz this week is Pretty card/ Pretty card for Mum, so I've used my image this week from the Spring set from WOJ called Kneeling Willow. I love all the images in this set from Elizabeth Bell they are so sweet. I used Copics to colour the image and the papers are Basic Grey, Boxer.The flowers are Prima and the little hat I made years ago. The border punch is Fiskars.
