Featuring the Lovely Tilda....

Hi everyone!!, I actually managed to make a card tonight for a couple of challenges. These past few weeks have been quite hectic for me and I haven't done any challenge cards except for my DT ones for Charisma, so tonight I made this one for an order. The birthday girl loves cooking and baking so I immediately thought of my new Kitchen Tilda. She's just perfect for this card and I also used my new, really yummy, FF Pink Parfait papers. I conjured up the verse to go with the theme , I hope she likes it.

DT card for Charisma...think male..

Good morning !! We have a Male theme for you this week over at Charisma Cardz and this time it's Tasha's turn to set the challenge. I've decupaged my trusty Cuddly Buddly male image for this week and teamed it with CB happy birthday folder. A very simple layout and a little cordless drill in the corner, the ribbon and button and the other papers are from my stash.

Not one of my best cards I must say but I've been really rushed this week attending to my Mum who is still not completely over her illness.

Spotlighting Icopics this week from Sally!!!

Hello everyone hope you are all well! I've just come from Sally's blog where she is spotlighting Icopics, the place where you can get all your Copic markers. They are giving away a set of Manga Skin Colours

and also a set of 12 Copic Glitter At you Spica markers....ooooohh!! I'd love some of those. At the moment I have about 70 various Copic Caio colours combos but wouldn't it be great to have that fab blending ability with Sparkle too.

My DT card for Charisma

Hi there, my card for this weeks challenge was made with the new FF All Loved Up clear stamp set. I think these little bears are so cute. I kept it really simple using cuttlebug swiss dots, edged with Martha Stewart arched punch and just added the images which were coloured with Copics. The frames are Oval Nesties and the the sentiment frame is Labels 2 Nesties. I've added Anita's 3D Gloss finish to the I, heart and U and also the little red hearts.

Hi everyone at last I've managed to get some time to craft and get on my laptop again. I originally meant this card for last Friday's Just magnolia challenge but I didn't mange to get it finished on time so here it is now for this week instead...lol which is Thank You..... DT card for Charisma....late I know!!!!

Hi there, so sorry my card is so late on my blog . My Mum has been very ill and I've been ill myself flu and then a chest infection. I've been running about up and down to hospital and feeling really exhausted so I haven't had a lot of time to do cards I'm afraid. Thankfully she is on the mend and now out of hospital. She is 89 and had severe Pneumonia. So as you can imagine she still needs a lot of caring.


But better late than never here is my card for this weeks challenge which is to use something New. My new things are my image and my new little Janome sewing machine. I just love it as I don't really have room to bring out the big sewing machine and leave it up all the time, this little machine is fabulous and it does zigzag too.......
